My personal account is based in the US. Since i relocated, so i set up a business account in China. My peronal account got restricted when i tried to access from China. The reason was "bad IP address". When i sent my appeal, it got lifted. Now, my business account is LOCKED! I sent my appeal, but no one is taking reaction. This happened before and to my other friends in China too.

Paypal is providing worldwide service, but they serve int'l users poorly. No immediate reaction and no collect call (tool free) service. I had to listen to the music 10, 20, or even longer before i talk to someone. That's quite upseting!

wow,long distance rates is going up in this country,you are lucky you are in china.

there is potential to go either way then,hope it will go lower,due to foreign competition???????
