Is there anyway to DOWNGRADE my paypal account so that I don't accept credit cards and also don't get charged the ever-increasing paypal fees on top of everything else? Please let me know.

why dont you check out their policy on paypal site,if we tell you this and that,you still have to go to their site .

You can downgrade once, just call them.

Go to PP Help center and search for "downgrade." It can be done online.
