Why does PayPal feel that it is necessary to send out Payment reminders without my authorization?? Some customers opt NOT to pay with PayPal but with other means of Payment. But PayPal seems to feel it is necessary to send out reminder notices, if Not Paid within 3 days.
If you go in and cancel the Payment requests, and have the box checked DO NOT SEND EMAIL out to buyer with cancelation notice, PayPal STILL SENDS out the cancelation Notice to the buyer. The engineers were supposed to correct this problem 2 weeks ago, but it still isn't fixed.

I assume its PayPal's way to lose a few more customers. It's almost like they're trying to go bankrupt. PayPal obviously likes to lose customers.

Coonr, I do not see any part of the Terms Of Service that states that PayPal will send out payment notices even when you specifically tell them not to.
