IN CASE CO20232SC IN SWAPSELLTRADE LLC VS PAYPAL INC, THE WASHINGTON COUNTY CIRCUIT COURT OF OREGON HAS AWARDED SWAPSELLTRADE LLC WITH AN $5000 JUDGEMENT AGAINST PAYPAL FOR DEFAULTING THE CASE. PAYPAL DID NOT SHOW IN COURT AND THE JUDGE AWARDED A VICTORY TO SWAPSELLTRADE. CONGRATS!

Congratulations swapselltrade, hopefully more people will start filing law suits since now they see that PayPal is defeatable. I love to see PayPal lose money. Hopefully they will continue to show outrageous losses until they reach the bottom of their downward spiral.

I'm not sure PayPal really lost any money, did they? I don't remember the particulars of his case, but isn't that the amount of money they 'froze' in his account in the beginning? All that would amount to is making them give back what wasn't theirs to begin with.

I would love to see paypal get hit with some huge punitive damages for loss of business, damaged reputations, etc. WTG NWREBEL!!
