Damon alone is doing better than all PayPal "customer service" :instant responce, understanding and very efficient.
I have had my account restricted fo about one week, it was a nightmare for me but when you find someone to talk about your trouble and who takes care of your case - life becomes easier. The first day i spent more than one hour( from France) to call Paypal and this to hear at the end that nobody knows nothing.

But my issue is still not resolved, no further answer, no email! PayPal just simple not answer me!

I hope they can help you. I had a heck of a time just getting email response from them. Don't give up-- if you don't hear back within 2-3 days, email again and again and again.

Anyway I hope you have a better experience.

Hi ashlandtrader,

Emailing over and over about the same issue will actually cause a delay in response to you. It will also cause a delay in response for other users as well.

The email management system we have is fairly complex. The service request system (for customer inquiries) is equally complex. It does require assigning customer inquiries to the right queue, so repeatedly sending an issue will actually cause you more frustration.

Please, whenever possible, limit your inquiry to one. The emails will be answered and your inquiry will have applicable research done.

I can understand the send only 1 email bit.... IF THERE IS A REASONABLE RESPONSE TIME.

But if after 3 days someone does not get a response they should just sit back & wait?

What is a reasonable response time?
Can PAYPAL make that a standard accross the board?

No one should have to wait 3 days to get a response when it has to deal with possible financial issues. Remember "response" does not necessarily mean "answer".

In these days of instant car loans & Mortgage approval why must it take so long to get a response?
