Hi PayPal team,

This increase ( 1 % more for International Transactions ) does not make sense.
All my payments and almost all my receivings are made using PayPal balance.

There is no extra cost for you.

WHY SHOULD I BE penalized ???

SUGGESTION:
-- Increase International transactions ONLY when they are not made using PayPal balance founds !!!

OR I will consider to change to BidPay or c2it or anything else that don't charge extra for International transactions !!
