I just wanted to remind users that they can't charge a surcharge for payments.
No Surcharges. Under Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express regulations and the laws of several states, including California, merchants may not charge a fee to the buyer for accepting credit card payments (often called a "surcharge". You agree that you will not impose a surcharge or any other fee for accepting PayPal as payment. This restriction does not prevent you from imposing a handling fee in connection with the sale of goods or services, as long as the handling fee does not operate as a surcharge (in other words, the handling fee for transactions paid through PayPal may not be higher than the handling fee for transactions paid through other payment methods).

Hey Damon, I knew you've been lurking here. What's the status of my investigation??? It's now Day #38 since my PayPal account has been hacked ... and 38 days since I've been waiting for a response from your customer service department. Will this be resolved in the 45 days you stated on another thread?

Good luck getting anything done when it comes to PayPal. Damon doesn't care about your problem, he's only here for damage control. Of course he will say he's trying to help but he's simply an errand boy who relays members problems to someone else who doesn't care either. I have never seen such blatant disregard for customer service as I have with PayPal. It is absolutely ridiculous how many people have problems with this company and can't get them solved in a reasonable time frame.

Hmmmm ... I'd like to know why Damon is posting to other threads and ignoring me? Think I'll go away??? Think again!!!
