Subject: Grand Jury Supoenas for PayPal Regarding Gambling
eBay's PayPal Bid under Scrutiny
PayPal and its prospective owner, eBay, are under new scrutiny from federal regulators.
PayPal received two federal grand jury subpoenas last month concerning its processing of online gambling transactions, in addition to requests from federal regulators regarding the proposed merger with eBay, according to regulatory filings...

Looks like my talk with the New York State AG office and a friend in Missouri from our group, who was in contact with his AG office, did some good after all. So now the Feds are in it. They must have found enough irregularities to warrant a federal grand jury to issue SUPOENA'S (more than one).
What I loved most about the story was Payponzi crying to the Feds about Ebay, and then jumping into bed with them. It reminds me of a sheriff deputy that says "darn tomorrow is monday, and all the wives who got beat up over the weekend will be in to bail out the husbands, that beat them up".
Wonder what's gonna happen when the overseas regulators get on them. LMAO
By the way, if your in California don't get involved with the law. You'll never find a lawyer, their all trying to defend Payponzi. ROFLMAO

Club1man,
Did you ever hear the story about the ant having sex with the elephant. As the elephant walked along oblivious to the ant riding on her back she stumbled on a root and had to catch her balance. Upon that action the ant cried out, "I'm the baddest stud in the jungle! Did I make the earth move for you big momma!"
I think you've got PayPal on the ropes club1man. I particularly like your information about the CEO's all dumping their stock before PayPal tanked. Yes indeed you've got your ear to the ground and some real insider information.

Still pumping Payponzi's bible I see. I personally don't give a flying flip about you anologies. In fact it seems that if I don't post hear you don't have anyone to talk to. The top boys are dumping their stock and that's in their filing. Your buddy Peter is gonna need all he can get with the law suit that's against him. If I had a Payponzi account i'd send you a quarter so you could call someone who cared.
Just an after thought, so you'll know in advance. Now that the gaming issue has been brought out. We are going to start on the issue of hate groups and weapons and then the pornography issue. keep up with it at www.suepaypal.org

Yeah, I've heard about some of these hate groups, they find a forum and make it into a soapbox and ... yes... please do your part on the stamp out the hate groups. They can be some real bozos with little chance of reasoning.
Here's another crusade suggestion. The mentally challenged that have been abused by PayPal. I've heard of people that were so naive they set up PayPal accounts to fund off-shore funds for anyone that could get a credit card number. Sounds incredible but there are people that naive. Don't shake your head in disbelief it's true! PayPal should have representative hold the hands of these people so the "wanna get rich quick businessmen" or "billy bob's money launderers" don't get taken to the cleaners.
What you need is some old man that was clueless on internet business for your poster-boy. If he could submit a 'woe is me' story you could vote on who was the most pathetic and make up posters.
Pssst... don't tell anyone I supplied you with this top secret info but I've heard there's a section on eBay that has pornography <GASP!>
