Damon,

our account has been restricted with 3267 dollars in it. To the best of our knowledge, we have comlied with all requirements.

Our account email address is:

Could you tell us what is wrong?

Have you any customer complaints, or did you try to do a big withdrawal

The reason is quite simple...

Paypal had to make their bottom line look good and you had money in your account.
.
Reality is a serious condition brought on by a lack of alcohol in the system

Hi timeshare,

I sent you an email about the issue. I am still waiting for a response before I go forward.

Thank you for your patience.

I don't understand something. If Damon sent Timeshare an e-mail, why does he have to come here and tell timeshare he sent an e-mail. Is he trying to make employee of the month again by tooting his horn. Mlecher you're right about the alcohol, I think I need a drink.

More importantly... why does Damon say he's waiting for an answer and then thank him for his patience?

If he didn't reply everyone would just start attacking him for not replying. You should wait to see how this situation works out before jumping to conclusions.

Sorry to be blunt but he replies to questions that can make himself or Paypal look good. If a user has a really good legitimate issue like that Kkaaz guy that makes Paypal look bad he disappears.

Don't ever be sorry for telling the truth. All you have to do is read the other boards. Thousands of people are having the same problems with this dirt bag company. Unfortunately, there are so many of them that people are spread out and aren't getting together. PAYPONZI loves it. The idea of people being separated is as old as the hills. If everyone were to come together this company and the thieves that run it would go down in a New York minute. By the way the attorney generals office in New York is looking into the issue of using Payponzi for the sale of illegal drugs.

You have to admit... Damon is pretty shrewd. He gives the appearance that he cares by asking people to contact him on the forums, but rarely helps them. Everything he does is for appearance. If he can't look good, he starts complaining that everyone's got a bad attitude.(His background must be in marketing.)

The real question is, what's he done to change policies or procedures to fix the root cause? Why do we continue to hear the same problems over and over again? Has Paypal/Damon heard of programs like ISO 2000 as a means of taking customer feedback and/or problems and using it to drive change?

Hi Flaoisland,

Kevkaaz's issue is quite clear...he didn't ship to the confirmed address, which means the payment was reversed (in line with our User Agreement).

Hi timeshare,

I am checking to see if we can have this issue resolved today. Thank you for the email about the situation.

Flaoisland & all;

I, too, have a legit question that Damon cannot answer without proving that PayPal is violating their own terms of service - so he ignores me and calls me hostile. You guys are exactly right.

Well, I just got back from vacation today, and fully intend to follow-up as I said I would in my thread about restricted accounts being under investigation. We'll see what happens.

What happened Stoney? Did urar quit their cheerleading with all these new restrictions popping up again?

The PAYPONZI bible pumpers don't come around much anymore. Uaru came a couple of times to harass me because no one else would listen to him. The rest seem to have fallen by the wayside. Either that or PAYPONZI finally screwed them and their too embarrassed to admit it. Someone calling himself Coonr has been complaining about Payponzi on another board. Actually from all the time I've been on the board their have been only about a half dozen pumpers. That leaves the ratio at atleast a 1000 to 1.

By the way it been 7 month since we went to arbitration and we haven't gotten a final decission. The last we heard from the arbitrator was that he wasn't sure if he could award Payponzi costs and attorney fees.
Imagine, he gets 250 bucks an hour and dosen't know what he's doing. Anyway that will mean that payponzi spent nearly half a million bucks trying to get 13k from us. as of Feb. the legal fees were 338k.
Anyway hope you had a good vacation, now see if you can get an answer out of pal demon.

Club1man;

Aren't there arbitration rules that define what costs / fees can be awarded? Doesn't seem that it should be that difficult of a task (at least not one that should take 7 months to get an answer for). I sure hope they don't get awarded those costs, mostly for your sake, but it might also teach them a lesson.

And thank you, I had a wonderful vacation! (Went to Hawaii for the first time!) It was beautiful! A long flight, but well worth it!

Itsabouttime, I'm glad you got help and your situation was taken care of. Because you were helped, you should feel free to express your opinions. What you seem to forget is that you are one, and there are tens of thousands of people who getting a deaf ear turned to them. Many people call, e-mail and post on this board and hundreds like this one and are totally ignored. Paypal relies on people to brag for them when they solve a problem. I dare say they probably send copies to the BBB in an effort to show what a "good" job their doing, when in fact, thousands upon thousands of honest people like yourself, are having their hard earned money held hostage by these arrogant bunch of kids.

Only when people join together in a common place on the net will the truth be seen.

Paypal's Damon simply does for people what his company was supposed to do to begin with. He is not any better or more reliable than anyone at Paypal. His job is to make online complaints go away. He helps people that are already so desperate that they are grateful when the company simply does what it was supposed to do in the first place.

The poster on the paypalsucks board is an imposter an not me.

I imagine the rest of the posts are about as valid.
