A fellow from the UK says he wants to bid on one of my auctions. I need the money NOW to pay for a vet bill! If I tell him he can bid if he uses PayPal, is there a higher charge to me than if the payment came from the US?

yes,you will pay a higher fee for intl transactions.
or you can ask him to use bidpay,then you dont have to pay,he does.
