Hello
I often get complaints from customers about Vendio. Some people just downright refuse to checkout with this system. I believe it can be improved my just making it easier for the general public, not all people are comfortable with computers. I will be posting all emails I get from customers in this forum in hopes of getting things corrected or improved.
From Customer:
"I want you to know that I do not like this method of checkout. The
ebay-Paypal link is much more user friendly"
Another customer, -is there a way for cutomer to change their minds about payment?-
"I can't seem to be able to pay with paypal, I guess because I originally stated that I was going to pay by check"
