A greater number of Non-Paying High Bidders has surfaced on Ebay - at least for me. Getting back my Final Value Fees back from Ebay takes time, but the set-up is there. With Vendio, I haven't been able to find where that set-up is. When it was Auction-Watch I knew where to find it. I'd appreciate knowing where that guideline is, so I can also get my fees back from Vendio.
Thank You very much.
In the event of a non-paying bidder, you may request a refund of the final value
fee (please be aware that the listing fee is not refundable.) In order to qualify for the refund, you will need to provide proof from the auction site that you had a non-paying bidder to get a refund to your account.
As proof, we will accept a copy and paste of the line item from your eBay statement, showing the refund from eBay. You may copy and paste it directly into the text field in the refund request form, available at:

Many Thanks Christopher - I do remember now
why I didn't file a claim for about 5 non-paying high bidders through Vendio/Auction-Watch - it seemed so difficult. Unlike Ebay where it works easily (albeit TIME...
I will attempt to do what you suggest: Copy & Paste -I'm not too swift with...
Maybe I'll just have eat those fees...
Thanks Again.

I agree it's way to difficult to file for refund. First you have to search through the Vendio billings to find the Vendio related number for the item instead of the auction number and then search through the eBay billings to find their specific refund notation which also is by their billing number and not by auction number. Who has time for all that with the number of NPBs getting higher with each auctions end. With eBay you put an auction number on the form and it's all done for you.

I agree that locating the Vendio number is cumbersome. (intentional?) Ebay auction numbers are unique and should be used.
