I believe this is step 6 in the post-sale process - if Vendio included an option to automatically send shipment notifications upon shipment, this would save high-volume sellers a huge amount of time in communicating with their buyers and keeping their customers updated on their orders. I know eBay's Selling Manager Pro has this feature and I'm surprised Vendio doesn't, especially since Vendio is so much more expensive. Maybe other sellers who also want this feature can post a short reply here so Vendio knows how badly we want it!

Vendio will send an email to the buyer with the tracking number if you enter it. If yours are not being sent then check you account setup. Check the block beside the item and then hit the button at top for shipped. A screen will come up where you can enter the tracking number. When you click submit the next screen will as if you want to sent the buyer a shipment status email which will contain the tracking number.
Only problem I have encounted is that most people do not use the Vendio checkout so it does not know which shipment method they chose i.e. USPS or Fedex. You can either uncheck step 2 and edit this info or for ease I just updated my shipped message stating that if the tracking number starts with this xxx it is fedex, or xxx is USPS so they would know.
