DOES ANYONE HAVE A PROBLEM WITH VENDIO'S NEW IMAGE HOSTING FEES? MY BILL HAS DOUBLED THIS MONTH AND I MAY HAVE TO GO CHECK ON USING A DIFFERENT AUCTION PROGRAM. I HAVE BEEN WITH AUCTION WATCH (VENDIO) FOR A LONG TIME AND LOVE THE PROGRAM. DOES ANYONE ELSE FEEL THIS WAY? INIT2WINIT2

I know EXACTLY how you feel. And I feel bad for all the people to whom I recommended Vendio (and it's lots). I too, have to look for another service. I simply cannot afford to pay the $250 annual fees, the monthly listing fees and now the hosting fees. My monthly bill almost tripled. Between the Ebay fees, PayPal fees, this new hosting fee is the straw that breaks the camel's back.

As my husband commented tonight.... Vendio is killing the golden goose.

I don't understand it either! Can anyone tell me if they have a ebay store with GTC listing? Are they image fees charged every month? And just when does Vendio take final value fees from store sales? Check your statement from Vendio, I have final value fees on mine from ebay store sales that were purchased in MAY!!!!! What's up with that?

I tried Store and hosting for 1 week.. Well i posted 2 auctions and 7 things in stores..
Nothing sold and they sent a bill for 15.00.
granted i tried it but the bulk of the charges are for image and store charge for october and upon getting invoice i canceled all services and they refuse to adjust charges. I am willing to pay sept prorated but not for what i am not useing.. BEWARE of this service!!

I Am REALLY Burned about it! My fees are OVER doubled (almost triple). No one warned me! I signed NOTHING saying I'd Pay the excess storage fee- NOR did they warn me that there was One- OR a limit (and they won't answer my emails!).Probably wouldn't do any good - When I've complained about anything before I've gotten back canned replies that had NOTHING to do with my question.
My Friends told me to go ahead and pay the $5.95 for personal contact(which is ridiculous- to have to PAY for customer service when you pay this much!) Anyway- AFTER I had Clicked the button- there was a red box at the top saying they would NOT discuss the fees, or billing- that was email only!
Email me for what I have done to resolve this
