The vendio.com Team and Online Community,

...On a more personal note, please don’t miss-understand my bluntness for rudeness. But try and understand where I am coming from. I am a paying member in the eyes of vendio.com and I pay fees for basic services that I've had nothing but problems with since the beginning.

I am have replied to 3 of your responses so far and spent a total of aprox. 4 hours just reading thru a hand full of FAQ's that in my opinion, are nothing more than a bunch unorganized and outdated posts.

Now I must admit, that, some of the information I managed to find was quite informative, however, the majority of these postings, I've noticed are typical and common sense, and really don’t get the heart of the subject.

I'm not going to ramble on with words and sentence, because PRODUCTION is my priority, but I will say this. -- I think vendio.com has developed an EXCELLENT system, it just seems that the majority of the modules, just simply do not work as one would expect them too, perhaps this is because they were rushed thru development or simply not enough care was taken during the testing stages, I really don't know. Evidence of this can be found first and foremost in the public community forums and the experiences of former and current users.

The bottom line is this. Time is Money and Money is time. My suggestions are to seriously improve the system. Listen to what your customers are saying and act upon those comments and suggestions to build a better community of online sellers. (ie: Taking the time to troubleshoot as opose to simply providing STOCK ANSWERS.)

At this point, the only thing I really find productive a vendio.com is the GREAT! TEMPLATES, Image Hosting and a handful of the CUSTOMER MANAGER features that you offer. The rest of it is simply something, that that I think, is simply not worth the money. Even basic services are something to be desired.

Anyhow, I think I've spend enough time and I leave it in the hands of you and your team mates to do whatever you would like with this feedback.

In conclusion I will continue to support the vendio effort by remaining a subscriber for now.

I encourage anyone who reads this to post your comments, suggestions and or experiences in an effort to build a better community of online sellers and buyers.

Respectfully Submitted,
Bryan Poulin

I have tried to cancel Image Hosting for 3 months .I am not using it as you raised your prices ,automatically signed me up without asking etc etc. I continue to get billed. You make your cancellation process difficult if not impossible. You don't have Telephone No's or addresses. I am going to have to change my debit card No to get you bloodsuckers from continuing to charge . I wouldn't recommnend you people to my worst enemy.

I hear you my friend. When I first subscribed to the service, I to was verry satisfied. Don't get me wrong, The system is great once you tweak out your settings to work with your business model.

I've spent a consirable amount of time doing just that. Beware, however, their are going to be growing pains.

Now, as far as support is concerned. I've found that their are verry helpfull staff on hand at Vendio to deal with your concerns.

One person I found to be very helpful in this matter is Chris Renz. I have spent about 40 minutes speaking to chris one on one and he full of knowledge regarding the inner working of the vendio platform.

This platform has alot of potential. I truly belive things will improve over time. I continue to pay my fees, in anticipation that things can only get better.

Feel free to let me know how things are comming along.

baycityhosting, thank you for the feedback, I will pass it along.

We do understand that the process of tweaking your account to match your specific business needs is time consuming and sometimes frustrating, but we are always here to help if you are hitting a roadblock. Usually we can offer a recommendation or at least provide a workaround for you.

mt39, if you want to cancel services, you can do this under My Account -> My Service Plans. All services but Sales Manager can be discontinued entirely in this area. If you want to discontinue Sales Manager, just send an email via the Contact Us form (located under the Help menu. )

Thanks,

Diana

In reply to Diana's comments:

Thank you for your post. I'm glad to here someone understands what I'm talking about.

First, allow me to say how pleased I am to finally see some activity in the feedback forum.

I'll give you guys one thing, after speaking with Chris Rens at lentgh about several subject areas regarding the performance of the Vendio Platform, I truly believe that their are in fact certain CSR's that are truly dedicated to their work and helping the community at large.

Vendio CSR's are indeed fast and prompt in replying to member questions and concerns. However I have noticed, with certain CSR's (who will remain nameless) that simply reply with typical stock answers that can easily be found by sifting thru the FAQ's (which in my opinion, needs a little cleaning-up). But, Hey, I'm not here to point fingers.

I personally wont be canceling my account. I in fact have to chosen to Grow with Vendio, and to bear the growing pains. I have, in fact, grown accustomed to the system and now enjoy using the services. It took me quite a bit a time to tweak out my settings, but hey, everything seems okay now.

Hmmmm, I feel I know my way around the Vendio platform very-well. I wonder if I could do some CSR work for Vendio in exchange for reduced fees. How About Vendio? What you say?

KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!

Regards,
Bryan Poulin
