I just started using the service and am very satisfied with how it works. I have noticed through reading other posts that there are a lot of really angry customers because of ongoing outages and that concerns me. I don't mind the fees that you charge, but I do expect your system to work. Just my 2 cents.

JARED,
I hear you my friend. When I first subscribed to the service, I to was verry satisfied. Don't get me wrong, The system is great once you tweak out your settings to work with your business model.
I've spent a consirable amount of time doing just that. Beware, however, their are going to be growing pains.
Now, as far as support is concerned. I've found that their are verry helpfull staff on hand at Vendio to deal with your concerns.
One person I found to be very helpful in this matter is Chris Renz. I have spent about 40 minutes speaking to chris one on one and he full of knowledge regarding the inner working of the vendio platform.
This platform has alot of potential. I truly belive things will improve over time. I continue to pay my fees, in anticipation that things can only get better.
