Why are you guys charging me on a monthly bassis for phone assistance. I was told by Chris Renz that if i bough into personal assistance, Their would only be one charge for 2 phone calls.

I still have 1 phone call remaining and I never requested anymore phone support. But yet i see i'm beiong charged a re-occuring for for personal assistance I never ordered beyond 11/26/04.

To be clear I only wanted it that one time. Chris Renz told me it would only be charged ONE TIME for 2 Phone Calls.

Please don't abuse my credit card.

Hi there,

Perhaps the misunderstanding is that Personal Assistance is a monthly plan, and you are allowed 2 'incidents' per month (but this is a subscription, and you will be charged on a monthly basis - there is no "pay as you go" plan for phone support. )

If you'd like to cancel Personal Assistance, you may do this under My Account -> My Service Plans at any time.
