I have just spent over one hour trying to get word to Vendio, and trying to find out if there is a problem. All Vendio images are down in my Ebay auctions, including the gallery. I spent $6 to PURCHASE Customer Service, only to get a message I would receive a call on Monday!!!! I have several auctions ending Sunday with no reserve, higher end items, and depend on Saturday and Sunday to receive most bids. I am stuck, there is nothing I can do at this point but lose money or cancel all auctions. I am very, very disappointed with the lack of 'emergency' customer service.
