i registered with yahoo and want to list using aw. i put in my yahoo auction account info in aw but when i try to create a new listing i get this message:

I was having that problem. But I got something to list finally.
Try going to yahoo, hit submit item. If asks for security key, enter it. May ask to verify address, do that. Then when you actually get to the item info screen, come back to AW and see if yoor listing will go through.
If not, I can't help you.
