Does anyone know how to get the phone number or name & address of a winning bidder on Yahoo Auctions? The e-mail that I have sent has been rejected.

Yahoo will not give out contact info.

They recommend that you leave NEG feedback for your buyer or seller, asking them to contact you.

One of the few things I sold on the FLD was to a buyer with an unrated feedback rating. The buyer promptly paid with Yahoo PayDirect. I thought I'd write the buyer and let her know the item was being mailed. The Yahoo Auctions email was a hotmail address that was invalid. I'll mail out the item but there is nowhere to get the proper email address or contact info. Yahoo has many Mickey Mouse quirks.

You can get the email address from either the Paydirect email or the item listing page.

now if those are invalid email addresses, your SOL.

That was the case with my buyer. The buyer was unrated yet managed to change their email before they won anything on Yahoo.

Use their Yahoo id and add @yahoo.com to it. That will be a valid e-mail address, but it might be a couple of days for them to respond depending upon how often they look at their yahoo e-mail.
