Yes - last week. Went into my yahoo mail and couldn't get in there. Password was wrong. I kept trying. Kept telling me to check my profile....went in there and those were wrong, too. I then went into my Yahoo auctions (haven't used for several months) and that was not available to me either - in fact some joker has a Kawasaki motor bike in there for $3200.....my name, my address, my feedback rating, my everything! I went all over Yahoo trying to find someone, some phone number, something - anything. All you get is this printed stuff. I kept sending in emails and bugged them to death. They got the info, but so far haven't heard any more from them and the guy is still selling stuff on my Yahoo under my name. I haven't a clue how to get this solved. Scary!

Request a new Yahoo password immediately!!!

At the sign-in page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Yahoo will ask several questions only you should know, and then you can select a new password.

Hope that helps.

I did that.....he hacked into my personal information - changed my birthdate and lord knows what else. That's why I am so disturbed. He is running high priced auction items on my auction site - requesting money orders and cashiers checks - if he gets any bids on this stuff - they send him the money and come running after me. Cute, huh! There is NO phone number for Yahoo - all you can do is email everything you can to them - if you get an answer you can consider yourself lucky. I did go to the watchdog site and turned it into them - doubt that it will do anything. Why Yahoo does not delete the whole site is beyond me - I can always start another...at this point I don't plan to, though.

Do you have a credit card associated with that Yahoo account. If so, it would be in your best interest to cancel the card.

It sure does - I'll give them a call tomorrow and see what kind of recording they put me on this time. Thanks so much.

You're welcome, Patr.

If you can't get through on the number in the first link, try this one. It's on the Info Center Home, Investor Relations page.

"For investor inquiries you may contact us at 408-349-3382."

I'd almost guarantee you will get a live person there!
