I received the following error message when attempting to list to Yahoo - "Internal Processing Failure. The data returned from the auction site (site ID = 0003) was unexpected."

I checked all passwords at both Yahoo and Vendio. I tried to refresh, relaunch, edit and prayed. Please check and advise.

It may have something to do with your Yahoo Security Key. Try to list directly from the Yahoo Site and see what happens.

The security key was the first thing I checked. I updated the security key at both Yahoo and Vendio to no avail.

Try listing directly from the Yahoo Auction web site. That may pinpoint any problems.

Hi
I also noticed error messages when I was uploading pictures. Some pictures Yahoo did not accept and others they did accept.

Dose Yahoo resize pictures? or do we need to make them a certain size.

Yahoo Auctions only accepts a limit of three photos per ad. Yes, I believe that they do resize the photos.

From the posts on our message board, it appears that sellers using Seller's manager to list are getting "error messages" if their listings contain html that includes off-site pictures, like a PayPal logo.

it's possible that the uploads through Vendio are having this same problem.

I believe Yahoo! is aware of the problem and working on it.

Dorrie has hit it on the head. You are actually allowed 6 total pictures. Three uploaded directly from the Yahoo auction page and three as part of the HTML within the description area of the auction. You need to remember that any logo's like PayPal, bidpay, vendio, Credit Card images or any other personal logo count as a photo. Removing those logo's will usually fix the problem.
