I had a vendio acount for a few years and was quite active. For the past three months I haven't used it at all but now I'm ready to start selling on Ebay again and decided to start a new account altogether. I canceled the old one (Vendio that is), establed a new one, prepared a bunch of listings, and lo and behold, I got a bunch of error messages. Vendio keeps telling me that
"Login Failure. Your login id and password for the auction site could not be found in the aliases list. Please go to the 'My Account' page to verify or update your site login information."
When I go to My Account as it instructs, and follow the instructions, I get yet another stupid error message:
"The eBay information that you have entered was previously associated with another Vendio account. Since we do not support the use of one eBay account across multiple Vendio accounts, your previous Vendio account will no longer be able to perform eBay related tasks. You will be unable to list any scheduled items on the other Vendio account, and we will be unable to gather closing listings for post sale automation (WBNs will NOT be sent)."

Hello,
When you open up a new account you most likely will have trouble storing your eBay ID, since it is connected to the old account. We have to manually put your eBay ID in your new account -- please let me know the name of your eBay ID and also your old Vendio ID.

I guess I didn't clarify my last response.
My ebay I.D. is the same as my Vendio name, Skipmakes7, that didn't change. The only thing that did is the vendio ID which used to be msjudyholmes but is now skipmakes7 to coincide with the ebay ID.
