This has happened on and off for the past few days - the buyer tries to use the checkout and can't get all her items to show up, and I can't combine them manually. One of the item numbers is:

Hi there,
Is there an existing order that may already contain some of the items? If so, you need to uncombine it and then recombine with all the additional items. If this is not what happened, please let us know. Here are directions on how to uncombine:
To uncombine an order, in Sales Manager -> Post Sale click the order number, then the "Edit Buyer" button. Uncheck the Relist option, and click "Split Order". At this point, the item will be split into separate listings. You can either handle these individually, or you may recombine them in the Combinable Items section in Sales Manager -> Post Sale.

No, they aren't in any other orders. The other item number is: 6343905133. Same buyer, same email address - they just won't combine together.
