For instance, payment reminders, checkout reminder, payment rec'd, shipping notice, etc?
I send them, but I don't receive copies, so how can I check and make sure they were actually sent?
Also, I need to be able to see that I did send someone a payment reminder so that I don't send them 2 or 3. I cannot remember every time I send a payment reminder or a checkout reminder and I don't want to send duplicates.
Is there any way to see this? I tried clicking on "customer history" on a few where I know I sent reminders, but NO communication history shows up.

Hi Lori,
Unfortunately there is no record kept of if or how many times reminders were sent -- except for WBNs, if you go to Awaiting Checkout in post sale there is a column for WBN Last Sent that counts how many times you've sent it. I will log a suggestion on your behalf to have all reminders tracked.

I think a WBN log isn't necessary, as a WBN should really only be sent once in most instances. If they don't checkout, wouldn't a WBN reminder be sent and not a 2nd WBN?
So, WBNs don't need to be logged, but the other emails do, I would think.
