Hi folks,

I'm receiving an error when I try to launch some of my converted items. I just switched over to Inventory Edition, and when I attempt to launch, I get an error that says "no valid site data set."

The message then prompts me to correct the item, however, the fields it's asking for (checkout) all have the correct data entered.

Any thoughts?

Thanks!
-dan

I am not able to get anything to launch either. Hopefully, they will come along and tell us they have it fixed shortly

Glad to know I'm not the only one! It looks like it might be a problem with just the imported listings? I created a new listing and it looks like it's going to launch it okay.

Something I just noticed...on the new listing, the yellow hammer icon next to ebay (on the item chooser page) is lit. On my imported listings, the hammer next to ebay is greyed out.

Also, it looks like it only is occurring on imported items IF I am supplying ebay checkout details (shipping & handling). If I remove that, it looks okay.

My hammers are all lit (yellow)

I launch an item - it goes to pending and stays there about 5 min and then disappears. Doesn't appear on ebay - doesn't appear in my active items - isn't in my error items. Just disappears. Not sure why - I have emailed Marius about it - but haven't heard anything yet.

Oh rats...yeah, my auctions just disappeared too. Well, hopefully we'll hear back. I was working on it last night and got excited when one actually submitted this afternoon.

Hi there,

We are looking into these issues now - sorry about that.

corksmom, are the items you're having trouble with imported or created in SMIE? Can you tell us which ones they are?

Thanks,

Diana

HI

They are mostly imported items that I "revised". Both fixed priced and store items. I sent an email to Marius about which items. But, they are all in my baker's rack file - the auctions that wouldn't launch. The dome rack, carved curio, white curio, and a couple of entertainment centers are what I tried today.

I'm adding my 2 cents worth too. I'm not getting an error message, though, it just won't launch. I only have one of them left and I tried to schedule it to launch 3 times and nothing is showing up in pending listings. I just don't want 3 of them to launch all of a sudden
It's My First Leap Pad.

Hello,

Ihula -- if you go to Pending and look at View Options for Next Week you will see 3 of your My Leap Pad for Sunday evening. You may want to remove the duplicates.

Corksmom and Baseballwarehouse -- The development team is currently investigating an issue with items failing to launch because of insufficient site details. If an item appears to be correct, but fails to launch, click to edit the failed items. If you see a red Site Specifics Tab and the error is in the Checkout field, your item is likely affected by this issue.

To clear this error, click on the red link in Checkout, remember your Shipping and Payment Details and select "Not specifying shipping and payment details" and save this window. Repeat for all items with this error and save all the items. You can then edit these items to re-enter your eBay shipping and payment details and select this option again. We expect to correct this known issue in the very near future.

Regards,

Sonya

OK - I just launched one - without changing a thing on it - and it launched thru just fine. I see the auctions I was trying to list yesterday are now in the errors section, with no definite reason why they errored. There was definitely a problem with lauch yesterday - and it was not related to any problems with the auctions - as I had listed them previously - and they went thru without any errors.

I am glad all is well now - and hope we have a weekend of successful launching!!
