I have a couple of questions. First is it free to download? Also, I currently use the original sales manager, is there a way I can keep my old inventory and put it in the inventoty edition? Thanks.

Hi there,
Sales Manager IE is not actually a download. When you sign up, your account will be automatically shifted to the SMIE interface, and you'll be able to import the inventory items that you've already created in Sales Manager ME into it. These will be saved in their original state, so you can shift back to Sales Manager ME if you want, but any changes you make to the inventory in SMIE will not be carried back into SMME.
The fees are the same for both editions of Sales Manager. To sign up for SMIE, go to My Account -> My Service Plans, and click into your Sales Manager plan details. At the bottom of the page, you'll see a link to sign up for SMIE.
