Provided that your item meets eBay's criteria for credit for items sold on a relist, you should receive the credit from eBay. You can always check with eBay to be sure of their relist credit rules.

Thanks, I think I did not make the question clear. What I want to ask is if I use SMIE's auto launch profile,e.g fixed quantity profile, when an item went unsold, Vendio will automatically launch a new one fro me, is this from the on just unsold (which entitled to ebay credit) or a new one from inventory.
I'd also like to know if I use schedule, will it launch new one every time, or will try to launch from unsold.
That sounds too good to be true, but I notice SMIE can auto adjust price when unsold, so I will give it a try.
