My buyer is patiently waiting to pay. I wanted you to be able to look at the auction before I made any changes. If you could reply soon I would appreciate it.

maybe till Vendio can get escalation to work you may need to allow your buyers to checkout using ebay/paypal without Vendio checkout used

lottiesmemories - please ask the buyer to simply try again. this is different from any issues with paypal payments raised in this thread. I tested this transaction and PayPal isn't giving any error messages up to where you would finally click to submit the funds.
If this particular buyer is running into trouble paying it would be related to issues with their own PayPal account unfortunately.
If they continue to have trouble, see if sending a money request helps them bypass it.
