Is anyone else having problems with email notification? Sometimes I get them sometimes not. Someone on the eBay board was having the problem a few days ago, but I can't remember who it was.

I am sorry, did not mean to derail your thread jt, want me to quit? By the way, I did not understand much of what you posted before, is that true or not? I know that in the South there is much prejudice against Jews, that is what I have always heard, true or not?

Not email, chocolate, but something to do with image viewing in ebay is haywire for me. Even using ad removal software and a host file when I do searches and go to an item my browser often stops at something to do with ad/aol/. Tiresome.

Terri, thanks. I dont hold it against that "pastor" what he said about my dad. He was a maroon. And I dont hold what he said against the church itself. I also agree that God is one being, to many cultures and faiths. Problem is, people have to fight about who is right, and thats what causes all the problems. Instead of worrying about what others say or fight over, I will just continue my merry and sometimes confused way and keep Him to myself and go with the flow

Im ok now, about religion and what I was struggling with before. Im not as freaked out as I was right after the 11th when I was searching and trying to understand. Im ok...but thanks for trying to help. The song was nice, and the video I didnt get, because it was sluggish (need a faster pc, methinks).

Im glad Im not the only one. I thought it was my pc. I cant go to ebay and refresh....or even click on the first page...even my own. It locks up my pc. So, if I go thru IE, I can do it easy...just not thru AOL. Weird, eh?

I don't use aol, I think it may have something to do with banner ads? I can see it in the lower left of ie when it happens. Every now and then ebay throws me into aol presents. I would like to present my ass to aol, can't stand them.

Guess I'll give up for tonight. Have to refresh to see if anything was posted on a thread. Hard to keep up that way.

She isn't any longer a moderator. Somewhat wider though.

Have you been talking to my husband? It's a vicious lie

Baby was screaming his big round head off because I was busy deleting spam and not paying attention to him. Big sister is entertaining him so it's a little more peaceful now

He's almost 6 months old now, still doesn't sleep much, never keeps still and completely ignores everything I tell him to do (gets that from his father, I swear ).

Oh - and it's Joice that has the lightning reflexes tonight. She makes me look good

There are very few Jews here snowy but no. Never to my knowledge. Christian churches teach what I said. I have gone to Church with a few Jews that became Christians. My sister-in-law has a very good friend who is Jewish.

Christians seem to be in general very curious about Judiasm because of the fact that to understand it better is to better understand God and Christ.

The "Jews are going to hell" thing is a very bad way of saying that Christians believe that Christ is the Messiah and that salvation only comes through His sacrifice for our sins on the cross and our acceptance of that free redemption from God. To be Jewish is no different than to be any other person who has not yet accepted Christ in light of NT teaching. Many Jews have accepted Christ which is the basis for the organization Jews for Jesus. The Bible says that 144,000 Jews will accept Christ during the tribulation. I pray that God will show my Jewish friends that Jesus was the promised Messiah before the tribulation...but if not that they will be among the 144,000.

An email friend is Jewish. We have been talking religion on and off for going on 2 years (?) and I have to say he is one of my best friends in the world. We haven't had any problems at all even with very indepth debate and searching. We do sometimes argue and then graciously agree to disagree. I think we have always tried to learn from eachother because it creates understanding and tolerance. We have prayed for eachother in times of difficulty with faith that God hears both of our prayers.

What more can I say?

That'd be Joice, unless I'm mistaken. A whacker of wide and varied experience.

No, that would be Michelleg

You're lucky! I'm dealing with a 9 month old baby girl. As with most women she can't graps the meaning of "NO". She's got some serious gums and has found that with constant work she can gum her way through the duct tape I've used to restrain her.

I'm finding that lacing her bottle with rum isn't putting her to sleep like it use to, I'm not sure if I should switch to vodka or tequilla, none of the parenting web sites offer much information on that.

My vote is for Tequilla.

No kidding Michelle? Your baby is really 6 months old? Last I saw you hadn't had him yet.
