DUMBO, my original post was a reply to Linda's statement of Kerry not supporting the troops. If you look at my answer you will see I said: Bush did not give our troops the necessary armor and protective gear before sending our troops into battle. Then I said I suppose you (Linda) will blame this on Clinton - not having the necessary armor.
I went on to say Bush Sr could have finished Saddam when he had the chance.
You asked about wars during the Clinton administration and I gave you my response. Nowhere did I say we "won" in Somalia. I read the reports about Somalia. I know what went on there. I remember the pictures of US SOLDIERS BEING DRAGGED THROUGH THE STREETS.
