Yes, I'm back on my computer but everything isn't set up yet. I still have some programs to load and get the scanner and both printers up and running. Plus I need to transfer some things from DH's computer back over. I'm not going to start listing until I'm ready to go (I know my husband's procrastination! )

No I haven't seen the post, I'll go look.

Well I hope it isn't too long before you can start listing again. It will be good for you as well, I am sure that once you are back in the swing of things you will start to feel better and maybe your health will pick up.

How is your dad doing, I forgot to ask you before. Is your mother coping with everything. I do understand how hard it can be on a family when someone is ill or just plain frail.

Keep happy thoughts.

Listing will be good for me, as long as I don't overdo it! Besides, they miss me at the post office

Dad is ok, but in a lot of pain as you can imagine. Mom is holding up, but tired.

That post was funny. 98 lbs, now that would be a big baby!

Where is Bob at? Did the possum get the better of him? LOL

And where is Pharlap? She's hardly been in this week

It could be one smart possum, and our Bob could be stuck up in the roof. LOL

I am glad your dad is doing alright, I assume that they give him something for the pain. Look after you mother, she is probably having a really hard time with all of this. It is so sad sometimes.

I haven't had anything to send out for the last couple of weeks, because I am not listing for the time being, and when I had to go into the post office the other day, they looked at me as if I was strange because I usually have things to ship. LOL All I wanted was a book of stamps.

I think that maybe Pharlap has been working some long hours.

As far as a 98 pound baby goes, I say OUCH!! Not something you would be rushing to push out, I am sure. Kind of makes your head spin just thinking about it.

That is what drugs are for, to dull the pain. LOL Besides I am sure Michelle is tough enough to handle it. LOL

Well if she can handle us with grace, I'm sure she'll handle delivering a baby with grace too!

Gosh it's so quiet in here tonight. Just us 2 troublemaking posters keep bumping this darn thread up...LOL!

Are WE the troublemakers, or does that title belong elsewhere. LOL

Got to tell you Mouse, there is no grace involved in giving birth. If you feel pain, make damn sure someone, anyone dulls that pain. NOW!!!! Get the idea. ROTF

Have we been deserted tonight. Or were we just stood up for the opening night prom. LOL

Well, I don't think we're the troublemakers myself, but others may think so. We seem to be the two that post the most to this thread after all...

I hear ya, I will remember when the day comes! LOL

Yes I guess we are the two that seem to keep coming in and posting on a very regular basis. But so what, does that make us terrible, I think not.

As a matter of fact, I think that makes us pretty remarkable, we keep everything happy, and everyone, well within reason is welcome to come and talk, about whatever they want, so long as it is nice talk and not all politics or road kills ect. We are willing to listen to anyone, and no one person is boss or even thinks that they are the boss.

I think we are just two very outstanding remarkable women. LOL Troublemakers no, crazy maybe, but definetly fun people.

We could call it the Mouse and Netta show. ROTFLMAO

Hi everyone, Netta has put me onto this site, she thought I might like to join in.
Netta and I have been fiends for many years, our sons are best friends.
I don't really have much to chat about as yet, this is just to introduce myself.
I've made a mistake already, I set up a new site thing instead of replying. Please forgive this silly first timer!!!!
Well, I'll go now, see you all tomorrow night hopefully, that is if my son doesn't hog the computer like he did tonight.
Hope I've got something interesting to chat about. Hi Netta!!!

The Mouse and Netta show, ROFLPIMP!!! You are just way too funny!
But yes, I agree with the rest of what you said. So what if I don't post a lot in the serious threads. Does that make me a bad person, dumb, or not worthy? I don't think so! I have enough seriousness in my life, I come here for fun and friends. Know what I mean? I also come to learn and help when I can. If someone doesn't like it, they don't have to come in here, we aren't twisting anyone's arm after all...

Hey Kazanne, are you still with us, tell my other son to get off the computer. haha Or I might have to kick his little butt, and I will not make him anymore toast for breakfast.

You also do not have to have anything interesting to talk about. We talk about anything at all.

Hey everyone!!!

Yes - working late shifts again for the next two weeks... just got home now.

And a special hello to the new posters to this thread - Gravid & Kaz!

Hi to Enchanted - haven't seen you in a while!

Ok - I'll leave a joke for when Zilvy comes in tomorrow:

There were 4 ducks taken to court for doing something very very wrong in the pond one day. The ducks now being in court were called up one by one. The first duck approached the judge. The judge asked him what was his name. He said "My name is Ducky Wucky" then the judge asked what he did and the duck responed "I was blowing bubbles". The judge called the 2nd duck up and asked for his name. The duck replied "My name is Ducky Wucky Ducky Wucky". The judge asked what he did and the duck said "I was blowing bubbles". The judge calls up the 3rd duck and asks his name. The duck answered " My name is Ducky Wucky Ducky Wucky Ducky Wucky". The judge also asked what he did. The duck replied "I was blowing bubbles". The judge then called up the final duck and before even asking his name the judge said "Let me guess. Your name is Ducky Wucky Ducky Wucky Ducky Wucky Ducky Wucky". The duck then replied "Nope, it's Bubbles"

We've got roast possum for dinner.
There's still one up there pulling tiles off the roof.
Ever since dopey next door cut all his trees down we've become the Possum Hilton.

Bob Bad luck. But you have given us all a good laugh. Sorry.

I have an idea, we put Naphthalene flakes in the ceiling and they are supposed to stop the mice or rats getting in your roof. Maybe it will work for Possums. Could be worth a try. Might smell a bit, but what is worse, possums or moth ball smell.
