Not too bad Kaz

Don't answer it now, I do know why you can't put anything into words to reply. It is because our situations are so very alike, and it is hard as a daughter to deal with these things. {{{{MOUSE}}}}

hi nettak,
It didn't rain today although its been a bit chilly.
It would have been terrible for all the marchers today if the rain didn't stop.

I'm not scrolling, who's scrolling? We don't need no stinking scrolling!
There we several winners on that list you sent Bob! Again, thank you so much for it and the tip that I'd forgotten! Today mine seems to be acting ok, so I haven't done much about it yet. Besides, we're about to be billed for another month and i already have a ton of pics on my web space. So I'll need to overlap the new isp with my old one for a few days to transfer it all. I just hope it behaves for another couple of weeks so I can list some auctions!
Netta, yes it is hard and I do appreciate you for what you've done. You know what makes it so much worse? Being in pain myself and all of the meds I'm taking. Of course I could take less meds, but then I'd be in more pain and function less.

Hang in there Mouse we are all here for you.
You are right Bob it would have been awful if it had of rained on the big parade. Those old guys wait all year for today to roll around and we do not need bad weather ruining it for them. I am glad that they had a fine morning for all the services and parades. We had beautiful sunshine up here and all the parades with off with dignity and beauty.
Where is Kaz, has she gone for her smokes or has she stopped off for a drink and the pokies??

nettak, Took the old fella down to the MCG today for the traditional Collingwood and Essendon match.
Collingwood just got done but it was a great game.
With all the rain this week the car parks were waterlogged and closed, so we took the train into town instead.
We dropped in at Young & Jacksons. They've "done it up" since I was last there and they've buggered it up. All chrome and plastic!
At least Chloe is still there!
Every pub in town tonight is full of old diggers catching up with each other. Lots of tall tales being told!
Bob, Downunder but never down.

I saw that they had all the football games on TV after the marches took place.
Did your dad enjoy the game, what a good son you are. LOL
Can't you just imagine some of the old blokes telling their stories, they get longer as the day goes on. One of my brothers' in law marches every year, he was in Nam and he never misses a parade. My sister was not sure if he would be able to march this year, because he was in hospital having test done. He has some kind of burn out from the memories, it took about 25 years before they took hold of him, and he is a very different person to what he used to be. Kind of scarey now as a matter of fact. Anyway he just about threw a fit, and they said he could put the test and whatever else aside so that he could march with his mates.
I guess it is almost the most important day in the year to him. They will still be drinking and telling stories at this time of night, and it will go on for much longer yet. LOL
Need to go back to that spelling school. LOL

A college professor in an anatomy class asked his students to sketch a naked man. As the professor walked around the class checking the sketches he noticed that a sexy young coed had sketched the man with an erect penis.
The professor commented, "Oh, no, I wanted it the other way."
She replied, "What other way?"

Bob my white board is covered in those little yellow stick on notes and maps ect. Actually that is my next clean up job, I just keep putting it off because I don't like having to sort out everything on that particular desk. I will get to it tomorrow, I have to because I can hardly find the phones. LOL I did clean up my computer desk today so that is a start, one down 2 to go. LOL
Is Mouse still missing??? We will have to send out a search party for her.
I think it is nice to be able to have a veg out day like you had Pharlap, where did you go to lunch??

Well I am off for a little while, I may get back later but if I don't I will say goodnight to you all. Talk to you later.
