OMG, it's just too complicated to even try to explain.
I don't know who is the worst problem, the disability
review company, my company or my doctor's office!
I can say I haven't received any pay since Feb.
We are again starting to get way behind on bills.
We were keeping up a bit when we got our tax refund, but
it's long gone now. I'm waiting on the dr. to write a
letter for me for my appeal. Today I got a weird phone
message saying I had an appointment with some dr. I've
never heard of. I have to call tomorrow to see what
the heck that's about!

Hubby better today, but didn't go to work again.
Another day of no pay. Does it ever end???

Well I think it is time to pull your boots
on and start marching. Make them take
notice of you, be firm and tell them what
you think should happen. If your pain is
still so great, and you are still under
medical treatment, then you should still
be able to have your benifits. What about
if you even went back to work for just a
couple of hours a day to start with. That
would give you some confidence within
yourself and get you out of the house.

It will also stop you from thinking about
all you problems and maybe it will help you
recover faster. It is just a thought
anyway.

Have you started your auctions yet??

You haven't missed a lot Kaz, it has only
been a couple of us. We seem to have lost
Pharlap and Bob is doing his
GST crap, and Rocker has been busy
explaining the trannie thing. LOL hahaha

That's part of the problem Netta, I am trying to
go back part time to start on my dr's recommendation.
But it has to be done a certain way so I get full benefits.
But the disability review company people don't know
their a$$ from a hole in the ground! And
they are the ones who have to set it up. Like I said,
it's very confusing.

Hiya Kaz!

Yeah, where is Pharlap anyway???

Hi I am back again, I just went down the
raod with my daughter. When we were coming
back this stupid cat ran across in front of
us and I don't know about it , but I very
nearly lost a life, it just jumped out of
me in fright.

roll we gotta run, or get left behind. LOL

No we didn't hit the cat, but I tell
you I very nearly lost one of my lives. I
felt it jump clean out of my skin. LOL

That's good, about the cat. And I know what
you mean about jumping out of your skin!
Say your daughter isn't one for patience? Sounds
like me some days! LOL
Trust me, I know about the line dropping out, I've had
that happen just too many times the past few days!
So I'm going to research new modems and new isp's. I figure
between the two it should fix it one way or another!

Well, I worked on my auctions until my eyes glazed over.
I had to fix a bunch of mistakes and I was doing a bit
of research at the same time. Now I'm just playing a game.
I won't be here for much longer though. I've had a long
couple of days with more to come.

I am still doing my search, but I have given
him reams of articles to read so that should
keep him busy for a little while.

Gosh what does he think this is..this is
my play time and here I am slaving away over
a search engine looking for stuff that he
wants. I do not know what this world
is coming to. LOL

info, so I should only have to find him
another couple of articles. We are
researching southern business, Greg was told
something yesterday and he wants to check it
out. Oh I should have said they are in the
same line of business as we are. LOL

he's happy with your research, LOL.

have you been watching Survivor?

Oh, but I needed to use some of the people on it to make
an example. Doesn't work without it. But that show is
all the rage and it was filmed in your country this
time, how can you not watch?

Sorry Mouse, but I was never one to follow a
trend just because it is fashionable.

And even though it was filmed here doesn't
make me want to watch it, as a matter of fact
I may have watched it if I had not heard
all the crap about how it was filmed in the
wild Outback. What a load of bull.

It was filmed in this very state, up near
the Herbert River Gorge and there is no way
that can be called Outback Australia. They
had all the luxuries laid on for them, and
had an airconditioned tent city set up with
armed sercurity patroling so that no one
could film them, but our paper showed the
Hundreds of tent set up and it is all just
one big con. sorry but it makes me mad. They did a lot of damage to that
area and thought they had the right to do
whatever they wanted.

Hi everyone!

Netta, I couldn't resist posting, I hope you'll forgive the intrusion !! But I'm an avid Survivor fan and now I can't believe it was all a fake

On another note your Australian version of Big Brother is going now and well...I will admit I've been watching the live feeds lol ... is that a scam too?

I don't necessarily follow a trend either, but this show
intrigues me. The tents you saw were the crews camp.
I saw a story on that here. But I will admit when I think
of the term outback, I think more like a desert setting.
Like in the Mad Max movies.

Sara I know what was reported here and a lot
of it is fake yes. I find it really bad that
the Aboriginal Elders that acted as guides
were treated with no respect at all, and they
were not paid what they were promised.

The tent city was very real, we had pictures
shown on every news channel around. And as
I said that is not anywhere near the Outback
it is in fact the Tropical Rainforest area.
You would not find a more beautiful area.

I know you all love the idea that it is the
outback and that is your business, but I have
my opinion and I will stick with what I know
to be fact.

I do not watch the big brother show either, it is another show that just humiliates
people for the almighty dollar.

nettak, Just taking a bit of a break from being a non paid government employee for a while.
Catching up on a few threads. Gee, go away for a day or two and things change.
I see Rocker's been kickin up a storm and everyone was getting a bit steamed up!
LOL
Just reading that Survivor bit and I agree with you.
It aint for real, it aint Outback and that dopey bunch couldn't survive in a supermarket!
As for the other show, all I can say is that you must be hard up for entertainment if you watch it!
Now, who's that going to stir up!!!

Bob, Downunder but never down.

Mouse I do not think that all the tents that
we saw were just for the crew, that is
certainly the coverage we got on it over
here. Our outback is very rugged and yes
some of it is desert. It is very unforgiving
and many experienced people have died out
in the Outback. I certainly would not like
to be stuck out there.
