How many people die in California earthquakes every year? Or of heat stroke? How many live in Frisco? Apparently God's wrath is distributed accordingly, right kenny?

The sick part, before "W" left his governorship, he made sure the coffers would be bare. This way, those truly in need won't be embarassed by having to ask for relief from the state, there isn't any to give. And they can die and dissappear for all he cares. His buddies already got theirs......

Helen, my comment on frozen pizza was in the "Clueless on Conservatism" thread. Gosh, I didn't know I was so bad to be beyond redemption
Is everybody who doesn't agree with you beyond redemption?? jeeesh.......
If they object to feeding poor innocent children and families. Yes!!!
The fact that these families may not have the frugal shopping skills and cooking skills that you may have should not be held aganist them.
That is insensitive beyond belief in my opinion.

>I know that God will punish Florida with a hurricane for allowing the Republican their electoral votes,<
Our Judges tryed real hard not to, it was the Nine Judges up in DC that gave our electoral votes to the Republican.
Edited to add:As dry as it's been in Florida the past 2 years, God would be doing us a favor if he sent a small hurricane our way. Another Andrew, we can do without.

Either that, or the fact that when all was said and done, more people voted for Bush in Florida. Or have you missed the latest recounts?

I've seen the unoffical recounts. By anybody's count, truth be known, it was "To close to call", and belonged in the House of Representitives.

No, they recounted many times, and Gore never won. Bush has a better record in the recounts than the Lakers have in the playoffs. He's never lost - get over it.

It was so close (less than .02%?), and there was enough shanaigans on BOTH sides (Neither party impressed me in the least with how they handled the aftermath of the florida elections), That I don't see how anyone can be 100% sure who really had the most votes in Florida.
When the dust settled, we had a President. I wish him luck, and I hope he does a good job for the country. If it had came out the other way, I hope the people on the other side of the aisle would feel the same way.
More to the topic of this thread, I hope God doesn't punish ANY community for what any Politican does.
