To better serve its readers, AuctionWatch will be starting a new monthly column in September called "The Mediator." The purpose of the column will be to help AW users resolve problems they have had with online auction sites.
Right now, I'm inviting AW users who need such help to write me with their problems. The column will report on how well the online auction site acts to satisfy the consumer's complaint. Please email me at [email protected] and I will try to solve your problem. AW is hoping that this column makes the auction environment a more friendly place for its users.
