I have phoned and email numerous times but I cannot get my account reactivated. I keep getting this stupid canned email saying that I have to provide a CC and billing address. Guess what ExchangePath, I did that when I signed up!!!!! I signed up after you made your sweeping changes. I go to get my money out the other day and low and behold my account is suspended. It seems the only way to get your account unsuspended is to bad mouth you guys here in the public forum so here is mine.
Please check into my account

I too am having the same problem. It has been over a week and have not been able to get any response. I have called the 877-890-4885 number everyday only to be told that somebody will be getting back to me. I have e-mailed them and even submitted their customer service form. I now have sent an e-mail to the AuctionWatch people to see if they can help. Please let me know if anyone has finally gotten a suspension lifted. - Harold

dsnypals, see mine and other peoples posts in the forum auctionwatch-partner services-ExchangePath. You can get someone there to respond to you quicker.

I have had the same problem with exchange path! My account has been suspended for weeks now and I have not been able to get my money out or even check the money paid into my account by people! I have emailed them 5 times with no response, I did get the canned email saying it has been sent to a csr and I will be contacted. NOT TRUE! IT HAS NOT HAPPENED YET! I am so frustrated with this whole issue! I may also contact legal help.
