Hi, I don't know if this is right to post this question here but I do need help and don't know what to do.
I bought some items from a wholesaler. My total order was $187 and a few days later I received item of $133.25
I called them about this and they said that the rest of my order was back ordered and they start coming in so they can send them to me asap. Since then I haven't heard anything back from them or received the rest of my order.
I emailed them & told them that I wanted my money back (I did this everyday for 10 days) until I got an anwer from them saying that they've been very busy to answer email because a couple their employees were sick & they'll get back to me that day, they never did!
I had to email them again everyday for 3 days & got an answer that they gonna asked an employee to put credit on my credit card account.
After waiting for 10 days and that credit never showed up in my account I called them again and the woman who answer the phone said that she had to check with her book keeper & that book keeper was not at the office. I waited for her to call or email me letting me know the answer but she never did it.
I sent email again the next day, no answer. I called again the day after, she wasn't at the office (I left a message & my number). I also sent her another email, she never returned my call or answer my email. It's like she's ignoring me.

What should I do ? Do you think am I gonna be able to get my money back?

contact the cc company and tell them what is going on. Your card should not be charged until the item is either shipped or will be shipped in 3 days.

That is right ! Contact you credit card company and tell them what is going on! You have certain rights if you paid of it with a credit card !!! Lots of Luck !!
