This is the 2nd worst (only after Furniture.com, now defunct) company I have ever dealt with.
They sent me an incomplete order with instructions to call their customer service department, which puts buyers on hold forever. They don't answer their emails.
My only recourse is to do a charge back for item not received.
My guess is that this trendy junior retailer is on its way OUT.

I finally received the missing top along with a second charge plus shipping. Of course, no customer service or response to email. ):

Sorry to hear about your problems with Delias.
I had my bad experience with them last Christmas. According to the customer service manager, they don't have any actual contact with their warehouse so if the wrong items or no items are shipped you are out of luck for 4-6 weeks.
It is a joke. The excuse I kept receiving was that they could not handle the volume of orders received via the website and the help was all newly hired.
At least I was able to reach customer service on a rare occasion. My daughter knows not to even look at that catalog. A charge back to my CC saved me. But I was then forced to Christmas shop late and all over 3 cities to find similar items.
