I had a lady to be the winning bidder on two of my auctions, even though my auctions state I will wait 14 days for payment and no longer, I usally give people a longer time frame to get the payment to me, this lady still hadn't sent payment after 60 days, so after numerous e-mails to her I had to file a non paying bidder with e-bay, on her feedback I just said non paying bidder, well she came back and gave me two negatives, am I just stuck with them, the way I feel now is that I am afraid to leave any negative feedback has anyone else experienced this problem and if so what did you do

There are many sellers who post in the eBay Outlook Forum and I'm sure if you post your question there, they will be very helpful in answering your question.

It sure sounds like you got a loulou of a seller there, that is awful that they did that to you, I would be soooo steamed, I have had something similar happen to me well sorta, I sold a pair of girls jeans, when I went to get the jeans I discovered my cat had a new litter of kittens and guess where she had them yep right on top of the jeans, I felt just awful, I e-mailed the lady and told her I would refund the money and replace the jeans with a pair of equal or higher value, she was great and didn't want me to do anything but send her another pair well I refunded her money and replaced the jeans and this lady has continued to buy from me time and time again, e-bay sellers need to take care of their buyers if they want good feedback and return people, in the case that I posted I had worked and worked with this lady to help her but she just continued to win my auctions and then would not pay for them, the listing fee's do add up ect. YES I HAVE 4 NEG. FEEDBACK ALL FROM NON-PAYING BIDDERS THAT RETALIATED WITH FAULSE STATEMENTS AND MADE-UP LIES.ANOTHER ONE BOUGHT A CASHMERE SWEATER, WORE IT FOR A MONTH, THEN DECIDED THAT I DID NOT DESCRIBE THE ITEM PROPERLY, AND THAT SHE WANTS HER MONEY BACK. FEARING NEG. FEEDBACK, I SENT REFUND MINUS E-BAY FEES. SHE RETALIATED WITH NEG. FEEDBACK THAT I WAS THE WORST SELLER SHE EVER ENCOUNTERED. THE DAMAGED IS DONE TO MY NAME AND THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO ABOUT IT.

I FILE FOR NON PAYING BIDDERW/EBAY. I THEN WATCH AND WAIT FOR THE 90 DAYS TO BE UP. I ALLOW THEM A FALSE SENSE OF SECURITY. ON DAY 89 AT THE LAST MINUTE BEFORE THE 90TH DAY I FILE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK. THE 90 DAYS ARE UP FOR THEM AND THEY ARE UNABLE TO SLAM ME BACK. I ALSO CHECK A EBAYERS FILE B4 I POST NEGATIVE FEEDBACK, DO THEY HAVE A LOT? GO INTO THE FEEDBACK OF PERSON WHO POSTED THE FEEDBACK AND SEE IF THE EBAYER POSTED NEG BACK AT THEM. THAT WAY YOU KNOW HOW THEY WILL REACT. I FIND THIS WORKS WONDERS. IT'S A PROBLEM.

LINDYPOP- ON EBAYS SITE MAP THEY HAVE A SECTION WHERE YOU CAN BLOCK A PERSON FROM BIDDING ON YOUR AUCTIONS. IF THEY HAVE A BID ON CURRENT ITEM YOU CAN CANCEL THEIR BIDS, YOU CAN PERMANTLY BLOCK THEM FROM BIDDING ON YOUR THINGS. EBAY GETS THEM IF THEY BID AFTER BEING TOLD TO BACK OFF. HAVE YOU LEFT A RESPONSE BY THE NEG FEEDBACK LEFT FOR YOU? A SIMPLE EXPLANTATION DOES HELP.

Yes tippynip, I had one not to long ago! Almost like yours. This person won one of my auctions, AuctionWatch sent out the WBN, and after several days went by I e-mailed her and asked her nicely to please read the notice and click on the link that is there and fill out the form, well she said no way is she going to fill out anything, then she payed me by paypal, I don't take paypal or any of the pay services. This made her mad, I told her that it is on my auction page and you should have read it, or asked me, I also told her that information was in the WBN notice, then she said that she was going to pay by a check, that was fine with me. Then she e-mailed me and told me to keep the item that I was a rip off and a theif? and she said that she was going to ruin me on my feedback because she had a high number! And she did, Twice! And now I am stuck with two neg. on one item! You tell me!! What am suppose to do? She did this to get out of paying me, instead of retracting her bid, she put it off on me!!
