Just wanted to let all my friends know the terrible experience I had with a company

Terrible service, product came 10 days late.
Refill kit a mess!!-Hope to get my money back.
Rude people--what a nightmare!
Understand they have different sites, so look for Downey, CA in company address
if you know of a good ink cartridge site, please post.

I also found a good supplier last weekend.
Someone put me on to this company Priceless Inkjet.
Got Free Shipping
Ordered Mon. got my ink Wed.
Even called to talk to a "warm body" not a voice mail gadget.
Checked your site for my ink cartridges and the ones I ordered were better priced.
