I have been suspended for sending this message. I have nearly two hundred emails from other buyers that support me and are writing ebay at [email protected] on my behalf. Ebay seems only interested in the commissions. Do a search for "ebay and fraud"
You recently placed a bid with this seller. His user name is Asenashop. I am sending this to warn you about the several complaints against him.
I have to be fair that he has many positives, but you should see some of the email he has sent me. I have offered him three solutions to resolve this.
I am trying to be fair, but profanities and not good business!
Check out his feedback comments, there are many others that have had
trouble with him.
I just wanted to warn you I have filed a Fraud report on this seller (report number 2000198298) and he has sent me many emails using profanity. I have offered many solutions to resolve my complaint, but he is recalcitrant. Make sure you look at his complaints in his profile. I have paid for the item in full and it has not been shipped. He refuses to cooperate at all. Please feel free to contact me for any copies of email.
Please note he also has many negative comments on Yahoo auction!

what you did is what ebay calls interference, interruption of ebay operations.
you have no business emailing his bidders and warning them based on your personal experience.
there is no way for these bidders to verify if what you said is truth, half truth or fabrication with intent to damage his reputation .
the proper procedure is for you to report him to ebay and let ebay, the venue provider act accordingly.
dont forget you dont own the website, ebay does, you are just a registered member with privilege to participate, just like all of us.
what would happen if someone in your neighborhood sexually harrassed you and you start sending out notices to everyone in the neoghborhood that he is jack the ripper.
or perform citizen arrest instead of reporting to local authority.
this seller could also sue you for what you have done,is it worth it????
your only right is to give him a negative feedback, tell your friends about your experience ,report him to ebay or contact him and tell him you dont like what he has done.

right there you have left evidence that you are interfering and interrupting ebay operations.
some of the email recipients are either his friends, loyal customers or himself with a different user id,and now they have copies of these emails to prove to ebay that you are interfering and interrupting ebay operations.
how's that for another example- you are unhappy with a local grocery store and during rush hours where cars are streaming in from the streets to come to shop for thanksgiving, you decide to stand in the middle of the street and redirect the traffic away from the store.
you will be arrested by the police for obstructing and interfering and interrupting traffic !!!!!!!
of course unless you own the street and the land .
