They discriminate against people with a post office box! They are also extremely rude!
I had successfully bid and purchased three items and arranged for shipping to my home only a week ago.
This week, they tell me that unless I can prove my home address, by fax or mail, that they could not help me! Even though the new items that I was trying to pay for were going to the same address they shipped to only a week prior!
In a telephone conversation with the Customer service Manager (hahh!) I was told that I had fallen thru a crack! And they could not help me!
Needless to say, I will not be doing business with them again! If I had known when I joined the site that proof of my RESIDENCE was required, I would have provided that from the beginning! What a giant inconvenience and hassle, though, just because I don't want my mail stolen out of an open box!!!!!!
