Paypal reversed 7,200 back to my cousin for the car he was buying off of me......and guess what, it shows up as "completed" into his account, but the money has not shown up in his balance. Why did they reverse the money? Who knows!? They didnt have a reason, but it's ok, at least give it back to him. It has been over two months, and this money has been floating somewhere..........If anyone has any advice, please hook me up! I love paypal, it helps my business strive, I just need my Moola back!!!!!

Thanks

Joey

I would fax a copy of all your documantion to the California attorney generals office. Also file a report at this web site http://www.ifccfbi.gov/. Go to your local police or district attorneys office and file a complaint. It is too expensive to sue them privately so you should consider making the government work for you.
I couldn't love anyone who ripped me off for 7k that puts a big hole in profits. Besides the fact their making interest on your money and you'll never see it.

I love PAYPAL because all of my customers use it, and its an easy way for me to accept money. I HATE paypal, because they took my 7,200 and made it dissapear! I haev faxed in all of my information to them, as well as called them every day for ever, and nothing comes out of it. I will file a complaint on that website right now. Thanks for your help.

If anyone knows anyones email at paypal, or phone number that I can use to contact them, I would greatly appreciate it. If anyone also knows any other complaints I can file, please reply!

Thank you all for listening.

Joey (poor college student)

OK, Ill send you all my information right now, my girlfriend is having the same problem with them. Her email is [email protected], and she has about 5 grand frozen in her account too! She's allowed to recive payments, but shes not allowed to withdraw, or do anything else. She has faxed her information in over 10 times, and she has been calling and emailing every day for the past few months. It's getting pretty ridiculous, because shes a starving college student too.

It's funny because shes still allowed to receive payments, and shes forced to send out the merchandise, untill eventually, all of her money will be frozen in her account until she is dead broke and homeless on the street.

Does anyone from Paypal read these message boards? The last time i posted on here, I actually got osmething resolved with my account, so I am hoping it will happen again

I have already reported Paypal to the FBI for fraud since the 7,260 has dissapeared into thin air!

If anyone knows any other website i can file complaints to, let me know

Thanks

Tell your girl friend to be very careful. I personally have spoken with a man in Houston that had the same thing happen. Only when people payed into payponzi and he couldn't get his money out he couldn't ship the product and some customers filed charges againts him. Not being able to afford good legal help he was convicted of organized criminal activity.

one piece of advise,i dont know what you or your cousin or girlfriend sell, but whatever you sell, ship promptly.
credit card transaction, sellers are expected to ship within 48 hours, mail order per FTC is within 30 days.
reality is when the buyer receives his credit card statement and see the charge and no good has been received,he could file a chargeback as it costs him nothing but a 34 cents stamp.
he could also benefit by buying time to pay for an item if he has a balance with his credit card company and interest charges is eating his lunch.
he has nothing to lose by filing chargeback, his credit card issuer does not penalise him one way or the other,it is always the seller who bears the risk .
so if you are relying on your supplier to drop ship for you, make sure the supplier is well stocked and can ship promptly.

This message board is amazing! I cannot beleive it. I have been calling and calling, faxing and faxing, and all i had to do was post on this board, and that guy paypaldamon just resolves it all in a heartbeat! Now if only every paypal employee was like Mr. Paypal Damon.

The last part of this mission is to get the 7,260 back into my, or my cousins account.

THANK YOU!

Joey
