Hello everybody!

Last Sept. 19th I won an auction sold in German ebay for EUR 90,00 (Dollar and EUR is mostly the same). As stated in the title, it was for "18 kg !!!! nur lose Bl cke und Klbg. Koreas", which means 18kg of blocks and sheets (I am not 100% sure for KLBG meaning) of OFF PAPER stamps from Korea! In the auction it was written this description: "18 kg !!!! nur lose Blöcke und Klbg. Koreas im Karton; zumeist gest.; durchweg gute Erhaltung; dabei xx geschnittene Blöcke mit über 100.- MM. Vorab per Überweisung zzgl. 7.- Euro für versicherte Versandart. Auslandporto auf Anfrage." which means the following:

<18 kg!!!! only loose blocks and Klbg. of Korea in the cardboard;
mostly cancelled; throughout good preservation; xx cut blocks also over
100. - Mm First by transfer zzgl. 7. - Euro for insured mode of
shipment. Foreign postage on request>

Well, I was a bit late with my payment due to family problems ( got communication from the seller of adding EUR 29,86 for shipping, which was fine according to the weight of the package!! he wrote me on Sept. 22) and because he also forgot to send me his address. I just could send the payment on October 7th, but wrote him to keep him updated about the payment and my delay...
He never wrote me to let me know if he got the payment, he just did so when I wrote him on Oct. 26 with asked receipt! He wrote the 28th, and told me he got the payment the week before and already sent it back.

I eventually got the parcel, which was not even 18kg (about a pound less) with ALL THE BOX INCLUDED (if you advertise "18 kg!!!! only loose blocks and Klbg. of Korea in the cardboard" you mean that there are 18kg of stamps, PLUS CARDBOARD, I think?!), the 31st.

Well, guess what?! I just found 3 DIFFERENT KINDS OF STAMPS (3!!),two of which were blocks, and one was a MS, repeated THOUSANDS OF TIMES!!!

I got 23 packets of the VERY SAME KOREAN SOUVENIR SHEET, CTO IN 1984. In each packet there should be I think 500 or whatever number of THE SAME SHEET, 23 PACKETS ALL THE SAME!!!
Plus, I got 2 packets which contain probably, again, don't know, 500
Souvenir Sheets about Zeppelin, ALL ALIKE, CTO 1979.
And a ton of all alike sheets about CORREGIO, all CTO 1983. I think
they can be 200 or 300.

I wrote the seller to tell him I was very much disappointed that for that price and shipping, and for the way it was advertised, I just got 3 different kinds of stamps... when in the auction it seemed I would get like kiloware packets: thousands, or at least hundreds of repeated sheets off paper, thrown in the box...
Do you think from the description I understood wrong?
Is this MY problem, or is it the seller's?!

Part of the e-mail I wrote him was this (the first part is what I just wrote you, just addressing to him, of course!):
>What am I supposed to do with these sheets?!
In your auction you advertise the packet as if it is FULL OF DIFFERENT blocks or stamps from Korea!!?? I haven't got a shop here in Rome, I can't sell ALL these ALIKE sheets, and in any case, if you advertise your auction like that, you PROMISE THERE IS A GOOD AMOUNT OF DIFFERENT SHEETS OR BLOCKS OR STAMPS!! If you intend to simply send thousands of the same kind of stamps, then you should write it CLEARLY in your auction, and not writing what you advertise!
I can now understand what the person who left you a negative feedback meant... and from your answer, I don't think you did anything to help him/her...
I hope instead, since I don't want at all to leave you a negative feedback, because as eBay says, I presume everyone is GOOD AT THE
ORIGIN, and you will help me in some way with all this, then, I want to give you the possibility to do something to correct all this...
I am not willing to keep all these same (I could nearly call it junk, because considering the high price I payed, including postage, though you were SO KIND TO WAIT THAT LONG for my payment, then I still do not think these stamps are worth my money at all!!) stamps...I can resell some, but definitely maybe I would keep a couple of packets for myself!!! Definitely not 23 packets of all alike stamps!
Besides all this, I am also in trouble cause I can't send things to Germany which are thicker than 5 cm and wider than 25x35 cm...they become packets, and packets for the weight of 18kg less those stamps I
would keep, would weigh I think AT LEAST 16 KG!! That would cost me EUR 70!!! Or EUR 50 the cheaper!!! I could make it just if you refund me at least part (the most) of the
money I sent you...
I hope we can work something out for all this... And I am very sorry you didn't meet my hopes for the stamps,
considering how you advertised the auction...
=( Thank you in any case...<

In the e-mail I mention another bidder who was disappointed with the same purchase as I did, and said that (lucky him!) he got just 7-8 different kinds of stamps... He of course didn't answer in a very nice way...

To my e-mail, he answered me in this very rude manner:
>"I never said, that is much different, the auction start with a fair price. You don't ask me anything. I don't can do, if you have a expectation in a other way. You have a lot of blocks in a cheep price. What do you mean you get ? A complete Korean-collection? It is crazy. You have a good item with each kg/under 10.-Euro for blocks without
paper - it is a such simple price. I don't now yor expectation. I Think your expectation is crazy. Nevertheless, I look, you get something other better stamps via envelope, but it is only a way
of my heart. Maybe I give you a negative feedback to. You paying was also very late and your expectation.... ohoh"<

he didn't even signed in his e-mail... of course he's not English mother tongue, you can understand... Anyways, he's that rude...
I know he's right when saying that I got each kg of off paper stamps for less than 5 EUR each, that is very good price!! but actually it's not my fault if he starts his auction for too a cheap price! that's his problem.
What I am angry and astonished for is that he advertises his auction like that, nominating BLOCKS AND STAMPS, giving you an idea that they will be loads of different stamps, when instead they are just 3 kinds repeated umpteenth times!!

Am I wrong?!
Isn't this something which leads astray?

Besides, according to his e-mail, I presume he's threatening a negative feedback if I leave him mine...

I have just written ebay asking them if I should request a fraud protection or what?
I would have preferred solving the thing with the seller, but I am sure he's not willing to!
Therefore I am asking all the world some suggestions...

Thank you very much!!
Sincerely,
Miss Pilar. (Tombolino)
