I had paypal hold funds for a chargeback that I refunded via money order! AND I faxed the documents to proove this 5 TIMES! Paypal is still holding the funds in my account. Even after the customer who intiated the complaint said 'oh yes, i was reimbursed BEFORE I filed this complaint with you - oops!'. PayPal refuses to release the funds, even though the case is closed! I called the BBB and the DA office, they said it is against the law to withhold funds after an investigation/case is closed. So whay can paypal do this!?
