These guys are outrageous!
AVOID!
I ordered six cases of tapes @ $18/case
I also ordered a case of light sticks.
Anyway, My shipment arrives after two weeks, and I open it to find 1/15th of the ammount of tapes I bought. I call them, they verify the price and number ordered, and they tell me that their warehouse guys screwed up, and they will contact me, and send the rest on monday.
They didn't call on monday. I had to call 4 or 5 times to talk to someone, only to have them change their story twice.
Supposedly, there was a typo on the pricing on their website, yet that Information was verified TWICE by them. They inform me that the tapes cost $64/case, instead of $18, as shown on the invoice. I ordered these items at $18/case and that price was verified by them at the time of purchase.
They now refuse to honor the price I ordered the tapes at. (that the sales rep confirmed) I refused to pay $64/case because that is NOT what was agreed upon, both in writing, and verbal form. They now say I got a complete order, even though the quantity does not match the NEW information on their website.
They decided to sell to me at one price but charge me another. They refused to give me a refund credit for the tapes I did not recieve. They basically told me that their mistake was not their fault. (WHO'S FAULT WOULD IT BE BESIDES THEIR OWN?!?!)
Then they basically told me to eat it, and hung up on me. Wow these guys provide some real nice customer service, dont they!
WHAT THEY DID IS ILLEGAL.
I'm very glad that I used my visa card to purchase this order, as I am now in the process of disputing this transaction with visa.
PLEASE NOTE: I KEEP EXTREMELY DETAILED RECORDS. I HAVE ALL THE DOCUMENTATION TO BACK THIS CLAIM UP. If you doubt me, I'll let you see it.
THESE GUYS SEEM REAL NICE BEFORE THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY, BUT ONCE THEY HAVE IT, DON'T EXPECT THEM TO PROVIDE ANY CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Thank you for the warning Matt. I was just looking at some Xmas stuff the other day on their website. Glad I did not do it!
You might also file a mail fruad claim with the FTC and put in a complaint with the BBB. It does work. I did a few months ago for a retail purchase that went bad. The company would not return emails, calls, etc. About two weeks after I filed the complaint the problem was taken care of by them.
Sounds like the type of Company that lists stuff on Ebay and then only ships about 70% of their orders!
