Has anyone had any experience with an online escrow company Vela-Escrow.com. I have a transaction pending and am unable to get a response as to the status. Any info on this entity would be appreciated.

If any one knows what kind of lawyer or agency deals with this type of fraud, please let me know. I live in Miami Florida, preferably but I guess I could use one in other states if necessary.

Please note that the e-gold account numbers posted at vela-escrow.com to send money have changued. This does not sound good.
The seller has stoped anwering my e-mails, and I have a very bad feeling vela-scrow will to. for one the telephone number listed is always a fax, I called the canada telephone operator and she told me that vela escrow and contact Bryant Lucas are not listed as a bussiness or residential. If you do a search on the internet, the only thing that you find under vela-escrow is this post.
I would imagine they are not getting a lot of costumers the legitimate way.
Please do not buy a red Mercedes Benz SLK 320
unless it's from a car dealer.

i dunno what is worse,the guy who sent papal payments for a trade card or this escrow business??
dont bother with any country such as nigeria,indonesia,russia,romania and be very suspicious of any strange names you cannot pronounce.

site: the fisticious company that scamed us has been shut down/ their egold accounts frozen.
report the e-gold accounts you paid to to: [email protected] (there should be more than 4 accounts that I know of) the scamers know this, banks are enforced by law to report suspected illegal activities. like too much money coming and going. PHone: 1800-909-6590

CLICK ON THE E-MAIL that came from the perpetretor THEN: click on file/properties/detais, you will see a block of information: copy and save this info and submit it with each complain you file and give the info to every one, if you do not have the emails, even if you have been blooked, send an e-mail to perpetretor when you get the mailer-demon back print and save the information on the IP adress where it came from is in there: looks like this (65.54.254.140)give this info to the investigators. it may not mean much to you but it does to them.
File a complaint everywhere you can or they let you, this two are the most recent scams although they may have been operating under other names before. IT'S TIME TO TAKE COLECTIVE ACTION!!! THE MORE COMPLAINTS, AND THE MORE PEOPLE, THE MORE ACTION!!!

vela-escrow.com has "reincarnated" (changed) into alianz-escrow.com (international escrow) (the company address and phone/fax# are the same as vela's, everything is the same, except the template (graphic design)has changued.
Any one involved with this companies particularly alianz-escrow.com, in any way, If you have corresponded with a seller or buyer (at ebay.com or any other auction site)that told you to use this company (do not buy or sell to him), but do not brake contact, stoll him/her & contact me "inmediatedly" collect at Pilar: 305-532-0242
