It's not a good idea to trust any Internet company that does not post it's corporate information (CEO, full address, phone numbers, e-mail address, customer support address, etc.) on their website.

You must ask yourself "What are they trying to hide?" The answer in most cases is "poor client service." And poor service can, in the auction business, cost you money.

Once you experience "poor service," it's best to get out and find another provider. Poor service tends to be a habit.
