I received email stating that YOU HAVE CASH. However, when I went into my account at Pay Pal, guess what, NO CASH. After about 10 emails to them, their response was always the same, however, each time they became more rude and indignant towards me. They blamed their mistake on about everything you can imagine. I finally had to email the people who had sent me the money and they got in touch with Pay Pal, and only after I had to make threats to go the my attorney and the attorneys general office did they make any attempt to correct their mistake. How can they say YOU HAVE CASH, then deny it? If I did that, I would be in jail.

Hi timebuilder,
I'm very sorry to hear you were not treated with courtesy by our customer care team. If you would like to send me your email address and the email address of the person who sent you money, I would be happy to have someone look into your account and determine the problem. My email address is [email protected].

I have been using pay pal and x.com for 5-6 months without incident. I am thrilled about x.com and very happy with pay pal. They have increased my sales by 35% and have accelerated the payment/shipping process by as much as 80%. My Customers have been thrilled (read my feedback) . ebay id: jcents
And as it costs nothing , you get what you pay for! Paypal has been bought by x.com and I am sure that merger has not gone off without a hitch.
I find the soapbox and other places where people can #*!@ about everything are just that, #*!@ sessions..(usually unfounded, but anyone can find a reason to #*!@ about anything) If there was any true problem with either of the two services why would they gain 3000-5000+ new customers each week?
Look Folks PayPal is a wonderful "NEW" business and as with all new businesses there will be glitches. LIGHTEN UP FOLKS!

Amazing! This is exactly what happened to me and all Paypal could say is maybe the sender mistyped my ID. But then how did the confirmation email come in? I also have a .COM address. I also used Paypal for months without incident and now nothing works.
